The Media proposition leverages off the close relationship that Mortgage Alliance has with PA Media and it is through this relationship that the company is able to offer its member business partners three inclusive service offerings.
Firstly, member business partners qualify for an exclusive discount on advertising costs relating to their origination business which allows for targeted market penetration via the Property Trader real estate magazine and on-line website.
The second service offering made available by Media to member business partners offers the services of an in-house advertising design agency, Property Ads (Pty) Ltd, which is able to facilitate the entire advertising process from the concept to the design and layout to booking and placing of advertisements in both printed and electronic mediums.
The third service offering benefits member clients who wish to take advantage of online advertising via IOL. Five, six monthly advertising contracts per region are available, on a first come – first served basis, at a significantly discounted rate. Included in this offering is free advertisement design for banners placed on www.iol.co.za.
